We currently offer **local delivery only**. We do not ship products via mail carrier or third-party freight, and we do not offer in-store or self-pickup at this time.
1. Delivery Area
We deliver exclusively to the following areas:
- 33139
- 33140
- 33141
Orders with a delivery address outside of these areas cannot currently be accepted. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — we are not able to fulfill orders outside our listed delivery zone.
2. Delivery Window
All deliveries are made within the following daily window:
- 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or provide clear delivery instructions, during this window. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we are unable to guarantee food quality or safety for orders left unattended for extended periods after delivery.
3. Order Cutoff and Scheduling
To ensure freshness, orders should be placed in advance of your desired delivery date. If you need a specific delivery date, please note it at checkout or contact us directly at infomv777@gmail.com to confirm availability.
4. Handling Perishable Products
Our pastas, sauces, and desserts are freshly prepared and require refrigeration. Upon delivery:
- Please refrigerate your order as soon as possible.
- Follow any storage or reheating instructions included with your order.
- We are not responsible for food quality issues resulting from delayed refrigeration or improper storage after delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If your delivery is late, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at mammamiameals@gmail.com so we can make it right. Because all sales are final once preparation begins, please review our Terms and Conditions regarding cancellations and refunds before placing your order.
