Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Mamma Mia Meals website (the "Site") or placing an order. By placing an order or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. About Mamma Mia Meals
Mamma Mia Meals is a DBA of MS Chase LLC. We sell fresh, ready-to-eat Italian pastas, sauces, and desserts, including but not limited to ravioli, sorrentinos, panzotti, Bolognese sauce, Alfredo sauce, Pear and Gorgonzola sauce, and tiramisu. All products are prepared at a licensed commercial restaurant kitchen and distributed by Mamma Mia Meals — products are not prepared at a private residence or cottage food operation.
2. Orders
- All orders are placed and paid for through the Site.
- By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide (name, delivery address, contact details, and payment information) is accurate and complete.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, error in pricing or product description, or inability to fulfill delivery within our current service area.
- Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
3. Delivery Area and Scheduling
- We currently offer **local delivery only** to the following areas: -33139 -33140 -33141
- Deliveries are made within a scheduled delivery window of 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
- We do not ship products via mail carrier or offer pickup; delivery within the service area listed above is the only fulfillment method currently available.

4. Payment
- Payment is due in full online, through the Site, at the time the order is placed.
- We use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions. We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers.
- All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable sales tax as shown at checkout.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
- All sales are final once an order has entered preparation.
- If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us at hello@mammamiameals.com as soon as possible. Cancellations requested before food preparation has begun are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations requested after preparation has begun are not eligible for a refund, as ingredients and labor have already been committed to your order.
- Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval.
6. Food Safety, Allergens, and Storage
- Our products include fresh, perishable items that require refrigeration. Upon delivery, please refrigerate or consume your order promptly and follow any storage or reheating instructions provided.
- Our kitchen prepares food that may contain, or come into contact with, common allergens including but not limited to wheat/gluten, eggs, dairy, and tree nuts. **If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering** to discuss ingredients. We cannot guarantee any product is completely free of allergen cross-contact.
- We are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose an allergy or dietary restriction prior to ordering, or from improper storage or handling of food after delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Chase LLC (DBA Mamma Mia Meals), its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or consumption of our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, recipes, descriptions, logos, and images — is the property of MS Chase LLC or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.
9. Website Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
